After moving to Phuket in 2003 and renting constantly I decided it was time to invest in an apartment and after long discussions with Richard regarding ownership and legal issues. I was convinced buying was the right idea. I purchased a middle floor, sea view apartment off plan and was able to move on schedule and after living in the property for sometime I then rented it for 18 months before selling for a healthy profit. All of the legal paperwork and funds transfers were handled through Richards company and the whole procedure was efficient and easy. During my time owning the property I found the upkeep of the apartment and service were excellent whilst I found the maintenance staff were both helpful and friendly.
