construction time for tamarind villa 1 was 8 months from design and engineer reports to handover to my customer mr tom little from the uk.it was started in april 2007 and was fully completed with landscaping,pool and fully furnished inside and outside and lived in by january 2008 and ready for high season the best time to either rent or sell your villa/apartment as many customers from all around the world visit the impressive rawai and nai harn beaches for their vacations but also a lot of tourists will stay until the end of the european winter and then return to their own countries that is if some countries winters do ever finish.
construction time for tamarind villa 2 took a little longer as we had a very wet monsoon period in 2008 which held up a lot of the work outside for long periods.it was started in january 2008 and was finally finished and furnished before the begining of the high season that year in october and ready to rent out or to sell in the high season as it happened i had it rented out all of high season and sold to Mr john flicker in may 2009.the total time was 10 months where villa 1 was eight months but it was a particular wet season.
since i originally sold these villa villa 1 has been a very successful holiday rental villa with an average 12% net p/a over the last 3 years and has also been sold on to Mr trevor appleby who continues to rent when he is not enjoying his own holidays in phuket.villa 2 has been used as a holiday villa for mr flicker and when he does return home he has either had friends/family stay there or has recently started to rent it when he is not here.
