My company finds all kinds of property for sale, from land i find, purchase and then develop myself into quality 3 and 4 bedroom pool villas through to 2nd hand resale properties that i take the time to find in great areas that are ideally located but the properties are maybe not so practical with their space usage or even as far as a nice buildings but completely un usable for western needs and need a complete overhaul of the property to make once dead space into usable space. As i have builders and contractors working full time for me i am in the position to refurbish or depending where you come from refit, fix up or modernize the properties that i find. The usual final outcome of these purchases is that a great house with lots of character ( not a mass produced no individuality box) can be purchased in a great location at very often a fraction of the price of some of the newer mass produced houses in the same location. Many of these newer housing estate houses also often do not use the same good quality materials as some of the more independent builders such as myself and my contracted workers.

The property in the photos is of one of the recent projects in Soi Salika, Rawai, this property is a resale house that i purchased and turned from a very beautiful and quaint home that had a lot of wasted space into a great and spacious 2 bedroom home with open plan features and several different areas to relax around the house including a large balcony, a front garden with lawn and tree’s, a rear garden BBQ area with room for  entertaining table and chairs and also a office/ suite area that is joined to the master bedroom upstairs, this room is also the centre of the home entertainment units ,computer and printer and also flat screen TV.

Some of the work completed in this particular project is new bathrooms and new plumbing through the house, all brand new electrics through the house with new sockets, spot lights all new cables, new fans and air condition units. All new flooring relayed through the house in every room and also outside for the BBQ and car parking, new roof tiling outside and all new plaster board ceilings in every room of the house. Demolition work was also a large job as walls and rooms had been installed before that made the house feel smaller and also made rooms that were too small or totally impractical, new windows and two new door ways were also fitted by myself. A new western style open plan kitchen with modern mosaic tiles and cupboard doors was also fitted and gave the down stairs living room a very modern open plan concept.
