Paradise 3 Apartments | Nai Harn

The building of Paradise 3 Apartments Nai Harn has now began after several months of gathering all relevant documents from various local government departments.

On the morning of Saturday 10th March the JCB digger began to break ground for the foundations of Paradise 3 Apartment project which will be constructed at Soi Tristar, Soi 9, Ban Saiyuan, Rawai.

This project itself is a sell out already with all 5 units inside sold to wise and in the know investors. Paradise 1 and 2 Apartment projects have been such a success that selling Paradise 3 off plan and even before construction had began was no problem at all. My investors have been very keen to have the kind of investment and return that i have been offering and my customers have been getting ever since i had found my niche in the apartment market.

The fact that investment opportunities in this particular project may have passed you by should not worry you because as soon as my construction workers have finished the structure, block work and plastering of this building they will then be starting the footings and foundations on my next project Paradise 4.

When i start the drawings for the new Paradise 4 project i will take the requirements of my customers into consideration when i decide how many apartments there will be inside the building. The building will be 4 floors high with a flat roof terrace the same design as my other Paradise projects so with the possibility of 2 apartment units per floor it could be an 8 unit project. So for example if i had a customer who was looking for a simple business here with regular money coming in to supplement their stay here they could buy my entire building and have a nice brand new high quality sea view hotel or guest house.

Just using a few simple maths  to work out yearly returns suggest that 15%-20% is a figure that could easily be achieved and surpassed this would also just be part of the grand overall return as the apartments are expected to rise anywhere from 30%-70% upon completion and maybe much more within a year or so.   However that is only 1 example of what can be done with the purchase of units in  Paradise 4.

The current project of Paradise 3 will be completed this year as i have a contract with the purchaser that states they will have an up and running apartment block no later than 31/12/12. With the ground floor slab now having been poured and the columns leading up to the 2nd floor now also just poured we will soon be beginning the upper levels. The rainy season will soon be upon us so when the 2nd floor has been installed we will have some shelter inside from the rains and we will still be able to continue working and not losing days to bad weather.

Paradise 3 itself will be used as an investment for the owners who will be keeping all 5 of the units and will be renting them to short term and long term holiday makers who would like something more than a hotel room, they want a self catering self contained apartment with all extra’s that this concept brings at prices often cheaper than hotels in some of the main tourist times and holidays.
