After 12 months in production Paradise 2 Apartments are now finally completed and customers have already started to move in and enjoy their luxury Apartment. The swimming pool is located behind the building and is stunning but most importantly cool, clean and correctly balanced, there are 2 different bathing areas with showers 1 either side of the pool so privacy can be had if wanted also as the whole project has only 5 owners that will be staying at different periods of the year the pool will NEVER be full. what i expect after talking with my customers i think occupancy through owners alone will be 60% on average per month so this means the building will never be full however another plus is there will always be neighbors there who could contact me to send my staff to resolve anything unexpected that popped up.
